Goodreads:

#1 New York Times bestselling author Veronica Roth retells a pivotal Divergent scene (chapter 13) from Tobias's point of view. This thirteen-page scene reveals unknown facts and fascinating details about Four's character, his past, his own initiation, and his thoughts about new Dauntless initiate Tris Prior.

My Thoughts:
(Date Read: June 7, 2012)

"I can't leave now. I like her too much. There, I said it. But I won't say it again."

That made my night! And I can't wipe that stupid grin off my face. This side of Four is definitely likable, not that he's not likable in the books. But it's just that we saw him in a new light. More points for Four! :)

I normally don't appreciate alternate point of view versions of a book, but this one is an exception. It actually had me wanting more and wishing that there's a whole Divergent book told by Four. But that's a bit insane. I like Divergent just the way it is, and there are some things that Four must keep to himself. Let Tris blab about their whole dystopian society. Let her share her thoughts and reckless mistakes. (Hahahaha... I think I'm not making sense anymore. Stopping now.)

Thank you Veronica Roth for this short glimpse of Four's mind. It was awesome!

*(Reading this in 2016: There was once a time I liked Four so much)

***February 2016 Update***
This 2012 review has been somewhat updated to suit the format and the layout of the blog. No major change has been made with my review. The thought, and most of the words I used back when I wrote this review is still the same. Only some minor editing, like deleting unnecessary words, phrases, expressions and emoticons, Links to the review for the succeeding books were also added.
